I think we googled one place and accidentally ended up here after dinner. I think all places are probably just as good. The whole family loved what we had. I loved my chè with the green jelly and red beans. The coconut milk is very good. I really love just sitting on the plastic chairs, people watching and eating chè. Best dessert ever!
this is when our abilities to communicate with super languange barrier was tested 🤣 I'm seeing so many people gathered and ordered kind of desserts served in hot and comforting piece.. tho it was really similar what we have in homecountry but still one of my favorite food to tries when in Hanoi 🤞
Wow! Delicious!! Only 20,000. I've never had anything like this before... It's like a sweet ginger, syrupy soup with delicious filled glutinous rice flour dumplings. 2 had sweet bean paste inside and one had coconut and black sesame seeds. Not sure what it's called... I ordered using the images on Google reviews.
This is a simple stall with prepped dessert toppings, but the treats are delicious! We tried the hot dessert balls, which reminded me of tang yuan from Chinese cuisine. The soup was gingery and sweet, perfectly balanced by the mung bean–filled balls. The peanuts added a nice crunch that completed the texture. A simple but very satisfying dessert—definitely worth a try!
The sticky rice dumplings (banh troi tau) is so so good here, its unearthy! I would like to eat this everyday in the rest of my life. However, the staff was rude and I received only two dumplings (its three on the photos). But the atmosphere of the place is cool, upstairs there are lovely tables and comfortable chairs. Even with the rude staff, i will recommend this place to everyone.
