This place would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for the carelessness. My food was delicious. Absolutely wonderful, cooked amazingly BUT it was cold lol 🤦🏽♀️ and it arrived cold because my server was so so busy on his phone that he didn't hear the bell ring. I heard it though.. waited and watched as he scrolled on his phone and sat a table as my food was getting cold in the window. And like.. what do I say? "Excuse me sir but do you mind doing the job you're paid to do and grab my meal from the window before I eat $12 worth of cold food in a country where the average meal is $7?" Like... 🤣🤣 Taking another star because even though the food tasted great they gave me "bottom of the bag" fries. Also, the oil want hot enough when they dropped them so they turned out to be oil logged. And they were so tiny I had to use my chopsticks to pick them up and dip them in the sauce. I ended up not eating a lot of them because it's finger food that's too small for fingers. And I know it's Asia but salad and french fries served with chopsticks is just hilarious 😆 you guys are really doing BBQ food your way. With a little effort, it would be five out of five. But this specific restaurant has not caught on to what 'good service' truly means yet. Also, this was my birthday dinner. THEY didn't know that but should I have to announce it in order to get a quality meal with a bit of effort behind it? I think not. At least not at these prices. This is the cheapest country in Southeast Asia. If you want to charge big prices, you need to have big service. That's the game. Lock in bro.
