Gaia Pilates - Pilates studio in Hanoi

Reached out to Gaia Pilates after seeing the positive reviews on Google, and they were really responsive and quick in addressing my questions about a 1:3 private class. We had such an amazing session with Teacher Ha, it was a really good workout, but she also made the class so fun!! All of us were at different levels in terms of experience and flexibility, but she was very quick to pick up on our form and the areas we needed to pay more attention to. Will definitely come back and recommend Gaia Pilates 🤗

Very nice studio, the equipment is new and well-maintained. Everyone was friendly with a positive and welcoming attitude. They have showers which comes in handy if you need to go somewhere else after the class. I took a Reformer Pilates class with Huong from 12–1pm as my first-ever Pilates experience, and she made it incredibly easy to follow along. I was the only European in the class, but she thoughtfully switched to English to guide me, and her English is excellent. With just six participants, she maintained great awareness of everyone and was quick to come over and assist whenever needed. She introduced herself with a handshake, which felt very personal and welcoming. Throughout the session, she addressed me by name and offered encouragement, especially when I found some of the more challenging poses difficult. Highly recommend for everyone to go there, whether advanced or just to try something new. Thanks Huong and team, I hope I can come back one day 🫶🏻

I absolutely loved my experience at Gaia Pilates! The instructors were super lovely and welcoming, and there were so many different classes to choose from. I enjoyed it so much, I ended up coming all three days I was in Hanoi! The workouts had me sweating like crazy — but in the best way possible. The instructors really paid attention to our form and helped us get the most out of each session. I had so much fun and felt amazing afterwards. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Hanoi! Highly recommend! 🧘‍♀️✨

Whenever we travel, we try to squeeze in a pilates class in our itinerary. As i was planning our activities in Hanoi, I came across this newly built pilates studio and i immediately messaged to inquire if i can book an English-speaking coach to teach us a private class. They responded almost immediately and with so much kindness. The studio is tucked in a cute alley with so many cute cafes around. It’s on the second floor and the studio is super neat and complete. They have the reformer, reformer tower, barrel, chair and cadillac. They also have good rates for their classes. My partner and I booked a Reformer Tower + Barrel under Coach Huong. She was very fluent in English and gave us encouraging words while we were doing the flow. I can say that she’s an expert in what she does, as she made sure we executed the moves correctly, hitting the correct muscle groups. Overall, I would recommend for everyone, especially foreigners like me, to try a class here in Gaia Pilates. 10/10!!

Awesome Pilates studio in the heart of Hanoi. I went there as a newbie and got hooked into improving myself and my fitness under the guidance of Giang and the great team of instructors. Attended the classes for reformer, barrel and jump-board for over a year. Great equipment and comfortable setting to have a fruitful workout!
