Today was my first time trying the Forestière Savoury crepe, recommended by a staff, together with a matcha after my lunch meeting. Before today, I had always thought of crepes as sweet desserts with a thin, crispy texture. Hot Crepe completely changed that impression. The crepe was much bigger than I expected. The batter was soft and fluffy with a rich egg flavor, while the filling was generous with cheese, sausage, mushrooms, and black pepper. What impressed me most was the wonderful aroma and the freshness of the ingredients—it was easy to tell that everything was prepared with great care. To be honest, I couldn’t finish the whole crepe, and I’m sorry about that! I simply have a small appetite. But that also proves how generous the portion is and that it’s absolutely worth the price. I also really enjoyed the matcha. When I ordered, I specifically asked for less sugar and extra ice because I try to avoid sweet drinks. The kiosk is clean, tidy, and well organized. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Today, I had planned to buy some crepes for my colleagues, but I realized they’re the kind of food that’s best enjoyed hot and fresh.
