That ramen comes with the fish paste is good. Another one is just normal. Truffle fries is nah…🥲 Bun is fine but too sweet for me Staff doesnt know well abt the menu when i asked for the recommendation because there are so many different kinds of ramen but she couldnt tell me the difference among them.. Price is quite high for the quality & service.
I have been to this fabulous Ramen many times and it never ceases to amaze to me. The Ramen broth is exquisite and the service excellent. Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant matches the vibe of Ramen. Our server Le Huyen was so supportive and kind.
We walked in, and my mom immediately said, "Wow, this place looks like Pizza 4P's so much," and I was like, "Mom, what are you talking about?" And then we later found out it is, in fact, managed (correct me if I'm wrong) by Pizza 4P's in Vietnam! So I got to drink my fav ginger ale and see the employees in the familiar aprons lol—just an interesting fact. The service was a 10/10 and so was the food! Broth was nice, salmon don was a hit on every bite. Matcha ice cream, THANKFULLY, did not taste like the cheap grey matcha powder. And also the fact that you can choose how salty the ramen is + how chewy you want the noodles to be.
If you’re a fan of authentic Japanese ramen, this spot is definitely worth adding to your list. I dropped by for a bowl recently and was thoroughly impressed by the depth of flavor here. The star of the bowl is undeniably the broth—it’s incredibly rich, savory, and has that deep, comforting taste that shows it has been simmered for hours. What made it even better was the tender slice of chashu pork that literally melts in your mouth, along with a perfectly gooey soft-boiled egg. Every component, from the noodles to the fresh scallions, pairs wonderfully together for a really hearty meal. The restaurant itself has a warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere that closely mimics traditional ramen bars in Japan, making it perfect for a quick solitary comfort meal or a casual dinner with a friend. Plus, the staff are polite and quick on their feet, so the whole experience felt very smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I have a ramen craving!
I’m a big fan of Japanese cuisine in general, and ramen in particular. For me, this restaurant is definitely in my top 5 favorite ramen spots. Food: 5/5 - The ramen is excellent. I have nothing to complain about with either of the flavors I tried - both the Akamaru Special and the Spicy Black were very impressive. If I had one small suggestion, I’d love for them to offer minced garlic or fried garlic as an optional topping for the ramen. If they did, I’d happily give them a 5.5/5 :))) Atmosphere: 5/5 - Spacious and comfortable, without being affected by the noise of the shopping mall. Decor: 5/5 - Minimalist but beautiful décor, with a strong Japanese aesthetic. Price: 4.5/5 - Reasonable pricing, though slightly more expensive than some restaurants in the same category. Service: 5/5 - The staff was polite and enthusiastic. I also noticed how professionally they handled serving a family with small children, which left a very good impression on me.
