I've been visiting here for years! Same quirky music memorabilia inside and still have the Rum walk the plank challenge. It's sad to see it deteriorated outside which would probably put people off coming in! It was always rustic with a few tables outside. That has been swept away by the local sidewalks police who don't seem to mind motorbikes blocking the access but must not like seeing people outside close to the establishment. That part doesn't make sense for many places l saw. But now sadly the outside of King pirates when l visited, looking like a huge ashtray and generally scruffy mess just out of the door! I guess since the tables not allowed out it's been neglected. But should remember the outside might reflect on someone's whole experience! 2 hours tidy up fix would make a nice difference!
