Layered - Buffet restaurant in Hanoi

The service of Angel is amazing! The food is perfect as should be in very high stype restaurant! Appreciate it.

I had a chance to visit Layer, located on the 21st floor of Lotte Mall (entrance from the hotel side). The first big plus is definitely the view — beautiful panorama over West Lake and Tay Ho area. The atmosphere is pleasant, everything is clean and nicely presented. The food is good and well prepared. The buffet includes small steaks, chicken dishes, sushi and sashimi, salads, pho soup, seafood, and baked oysters topped with peanuts and green onions — those were especially tasty. However, I do feel that the buffet price (600,000 VND per person) is a bit high considering the selection. Compared to some other buffet options in Tay Ho (around 440,000 VND per person), the variety here felt more limited. Overall, a nice experience with quality food and a great view — but slightly overpriced. Price for 1 bottle of wine is 1,200,000VND 🤦 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The buffet offers a diverse and well-prepared culinary experience. From familiar Vietnamese dishes, such as pho and bun cha, to attractive international options like sushi, sashimi, Korean BBQ, grilled seafood, and pizza, all are beautifully prepared and maintain stable quality. The dessert area is a major plus, offering a variety of mousse cakes, fresh fruits, and ice cream, catering to diners who love sweet dishes. The restaurant space is spacious and clean, with an exceptionally airy view from above overlooking the city, making it very suitable for family gatherings, dates, or business meetings. However, if you are a seafood lover, you may feel a little regretful, because the number of crabs is not as much as other seafood buffets in the same price range. Pricing at weekends ( FRI- SUN): 1,000,000VND++

Top notch food and services. Their steak, stewed pork rib, Korean style grilled pork belly, sashimi, Pho and desserts are a must try.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Layered! The buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and everything was tasty and enjoyable. The view was absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful atmosphere for the meal. A special thanks to Ciara for her warm hospitality, attentiveness, and enthusiastic service. She made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely love to come back again. ❤️
