Got a 75min facial for 650k vnd was incredible pricing and staff and therapist were amazing greet u at door with welcome tea and towel and was seen to in 10mins without appointment. Massage was so good literally fell asleep halfway through will definitely come again for more treatments whilst in Hanoi. Also close to all touristy places like shops lake and cathedral
The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and always serve you with a smile. The massage, facial and foot care were done very professionally and were kept to the specified times. My experience was very relaxing and I enjoyed every minute of being at Orient. I’ll definitely come back when I visit Hanoi again.
This spa was beautifully set out, one of the nicest we have been to. They were friendly and understood us and what we wanted. Very competitive with pricing for what they offer. The people are lovely
Had the most fabulous morning here today! It started with a text message asking if I wanted to change any of my pre booked treatments - which I did, and the team seamlessly sorted everything 20mins out from my apt time. Followed by a beautifully warm and welcoming arrival experience with an engaging front of house team and a cold towel and tea. I booked a 60min deep tissue massage and the ORI hair wash and head massage. The team listened to all my requests which made the experience even more enjoyable. Loved it all! If you have not tried them yet, make the time!! I promise you, you will not feel disappointed. Highly recommend the hair wash, best I have had in Hanoi to date 😁.
Just had one of the best massages of my life here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a very clear explanation of the service I had booked. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. My masseuse was Nguyet, and she was amazing from start to finish. She used the perfect amount of pressure and was highly attentive throughout the session. On top of the stellar service, the facilities and bathrooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a flawless, rejuvenating experience!
