Vita Clinic Somerset West Point - Plastic surgery clinic in Hanoi

The clinic very clean I have tried Hydra-facial machine it was okay but not very professional with cleaning I still have some blackheads after I finished not like another clinic also prices are very high.

Since getting a beauty treatment at Vita, I feel my positive energy has increased many times, I feel love for life and make everything more convenient. Staff at Vita is extremely enthusiastic and attentive, the space is luxurious with modern equipment and machinery.

The price I initially inquired about was different from the actual price on-site, even though it wasn't mentioned when I made the appointment. I only found out the price had increased when I arrived! The pricing during the consultation process was extremely opaque; they only showed us the price list on-site and kept pushing packages. During the online consultation, I repeatedly emphasized that I wanted the official machine, but they didn't specifically mention that they had two types of treatments that both used the same machine. The whole experience was very unpleasant. This is not a store worth visiting again. Please think carefully before going.

I decided to come back for their laser hair removal service after trying out a different clinic. Vita Clinic offers topnotch service.

I booked a free consultation at this clinic. The receptionist was friendly and Moon was decently helpful, although she never followed up with me via WhatsApp afterward, which I found a bit odd. The doctor, however, rushed through my consultation and wasn’t very helpful with my skin concerns. She glanced at my skin for only a moment, didn’t really listen to what I was saying, and immediately suggested two of their “specialized” treatments that I knew nothing about. Her English wasn’t very strong, which made it harder to communicate. After the five minutes she said, “any questions?” and before I even had time to think, she said “okay, bye” and was out the door. I understand it was a free consultation, but I don’t trust doctors who rush like that — especially after years of dealing with medical professionals (and a botched surgery)! Since moving to Hanoi my acne has gotten really difficult to control, and I was hoping for a thoughtful, professional opinion and guidance. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that here, so I chose not to pursue treatment at this clinic.
