Zenith Yoga - Pilates studio in Hanoi

After more than two years at Zenith I can confidently say this studio is exceptional. The teachers are extremely well trained highly qualified and attentive. They have a deep understanding of the body and know how to work with pain injuries and individual needs. Every student receives personal care clear guidance and thoughtful support. I began Pilates here with back pain after giving birth and thanks to their expertise the pain disappeared quickly. Today I feel strong balanced and comfortable in my body. The owner is outstanding with incredible knowledge and a big heart and that care is reflected throughout the entire studio. Zenith is far more than a workout. It is a place where you feel welcomed supported and truly looked after. I am so grateful to be part of this community 🤍✨

I recently completed the Pilates Chair training at Zenith and absolutely loved my experience here. The studio has a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere, and everyone is truly kind and supportive. A big thank you to Ms. Ory and Ms. Hà — both are amazing teachers with deep expertise and a very thoughtful teaching style. They explained everything clearly, corrected me with patience, and helped me understand my body and my movement so much better. As a Pilates instructor myself, I always look for a place where I can keep learning and growing — and Zenith gave me exactly that. I’m truly grateful for all the valuable lessons. I feel so blessed to start my Pilates teacher journey with Zenith. I attended Anatomy & Mat I, Pilates Accessories Courses and has learned a lot from Teacher Hang and Teacher Ha. These courses have given me a solid foundation of knowledge about Anatomy and Pilates' way to train body and mind. I love Zenith and will come back for more courses!

Only went for 1 yoga class as was in Hanoi few days after Cao Bang but really enjoyed it, was very much needed. Good mix of pushing yourself & relaxing, did a wall hanging inversion for first time too which was good & teacher helped me. The receptionist & teacher are lovely, would definitely return if I were here longer.

Wonderful experience at Zenith Yoga in Hanoi. We came twice after long travels for Iyengar restorative classes. The studio is welcoming and has full complement of yoga props. Instructors are professional and certified. We were invited to an after-session coffee and felt like a member of their yoga community. Would definitely come back
