Alley3BK - Bar in Hanoi

Beautiful little chilled out cocktail bar overlooking the Old Quater of Hanoi as well as the lake. Impressive drinks menu and the staff are just gorgeous, so helpful and kind. Little bit difficult to locate, but so very worth it.

Stumbled across this little gem. Small but beautiful and atmospheric cocktail bar. Higher end in terms of local pricing, but OH so worth it. If you, like ourselves enjoy a good, strong, bold, classic cocktail...this is the place for it. We had a Manhattan, Sazerac, Old Fashioned, Bramble, Negroni and Penicillin (whiskey with honey and ginger). Yes we didn't want to leave! All were so on point and tasted fantastic. Each whiskey cocktail was around 200-230,000 VDong. Honestly, they tasted better than half the cocktail bars and hotels we've been to in London...all for half that price. Staff were super friendly too. We'll be back during our visit!

Very creative signature cocktail Phojito inspired by Pho with the same spices and freshness...smoking cinammon and burned Spice gives a sensory pleasure with scent. Very heartfelt. The barman/artist had Pho spices boiling behind the bar as well for scent and confort memories. For my last night in Hanoi solo that was perfect.

Tom is a great bartender, a classic one who knows all the cocktails and give you info about the drink if you are interested, let you chat or plays music as you wish. We spent 3 days in Hanoi and visited the place every evening 😊

We found the alley after a long day at first and it was just the relief we needed! Upon a few revisits we found that the service is fantastic and we always had help with what to choose. Our bartender Tom was great and very welcoming. He said that there's a name change coming but don't let that discourage you from coming.
