Lots of negative reviews by other guests, but it is near my hotel, so I decided to give it a try. Yeah, it is a nice place but the staffs are rude and ownership probably too busy to give their staffs a proper workout on good manners and customers service! 🤣
i know you have KPIs to hit and clients to sign, so you'd do almost anything for a better paycheck but deliberately hurting people's feelings isn't one of the ways. :) Yesterday, a PT approached my grandma while I was training kickboxing and told her I'm "so overweight." I normally don't care what people like him say about me, but I've been dealing with depression and personal issues since February. I know I haven't been taking care of myself, which is exactly why I'm here at the gym, trying to get back on track. I'm not saying you should have known my background before opening your mouth, but you also don't know what anyone is going through or what they're doing to change. If you really felt the need to comment, you could have said it directly to me and in a nicer way because at the end of the day, I will be the one who decide whether should I need a PT or not, but honestly, it wasn't any of your business to begin with. There are plenty of better ways to earn customers without making nasty comments about them. And if you think you're better than me? You're not. Thanks.
Perfect gym for tourists. 250k instead of 600k daypass at other places. Do not go to elite fitness. Instead go to Centuryon.
Definitely not worth the price. The membership is way too expensive for what you get. The space is tiny and they’re missing basic equipment. I had to wait 5+ mins for every single set. just to use the one lat pulldown machine they have is a joke. It’s way too crowded and cramped. Don't waste your time
Open late: Open until 10 PM on at least one day of the week.
Breakfast available: Opens by 6 AM — a viable breakfast stop in Ha Noi.
