"Hi, this is Eddy from South Korea. I took two classes here on June 8th and 9th. The coaches here were so nice and friendly. Thank you, Katie and Alexis! They shared really good tips on how to work out efficiently and adjusted my posture from time to time. As for the box, you can take a shower with free big towels provided, and safely store your belongings. They also provide water and plastic cups. You can buy Pocari Sweat inside for 20,000 VND. If you love CrossFit, you will definitely enjoy this place. Highly recommend it to anyone in Hanoi!"

Excellent CrossFit gym. Stopped in here from California. Knowledgeable coaches. Great workout. The facility was big, Clean, well organized. The flow of the class was smooth and they properly warm you up for the workout. It’s a but hidden in a stone alley way. Thanks for having us.

Awesome little box in Hanoi, very friendly and welcoming members. Class was in English so very easy for me to understand. Programming was well thought out and well coached with various progressions for each movement.
