I had such a wonderful experience at Hanoi Old Quarter Spa! From the moment I arrived, the whole team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. My therapist was absolutely amazing, very skilled, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire treatment. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff provided excellent service from beginning to end. You can really feel how much they care about their customers and their experience. A big thank you to my wonderful therapist and the entire Hanoi Old Quarter Spa team for making my visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting Hanoi and looking for a relaxing and professional massage experience. I will definitely come back! ❤️✨

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived until we left. We booked the couples package, which included a 20-minute herbal bath, a deep tissue massage, and a body scrub. Each part of the treatment was excellent, and the therapists were skilled, professional, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and very relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality from the staff. Before and after our treatment, we were served tea, which was a lovely way to end such a relaxing experience. If you’re looking for a high-quality spa in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, I would definitely recommend this place. Great service, excellent treatments, and fantastic value for money. We would happily come back on our next visit to Hanoi!

Absolutely stunning spa! Treatments were amazing. Salon itself is super clean, aesthetically beautiful and the staff were attentive and extremely good at their jobs. We had a great time and came out feeling refreshed. Amazing experience. We had the full body massage (strong) and body scrub. Higher recommend.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about this spa. From the receptionist to the masseuse, everything was efficient and good. Agreed with previous reviews that you can easily ask them to focus on certain areas, and having a strong massage after a long day exploring Hanoi is the perfect way to end the day. Pricing is very good for the area, so don’t worry about that. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a massage in the Old Quarter.

Got a deep issue 90min massage. I've had issues with my thigh and calf muscles for ages, and every time I've been to a masseuse they never quite get the knots out. Not the case with this place - they understood what I needed and focussed on problem areas. I was walking so much better after the massage! Can't wait to get another one,
