Luxe Paradise Suites Hotel 67 To Ngoc Van - Serviced apartment in Hanoi

Very nice and spacious apartment. Price is very cheap for 4-people room. Nearby is Westlake and a big local park for kids. Friendly staff with nice doggies, the hotel is pet-friendly as well.

We booked a two rooms apartment with a friend, this was the start of our Vietnam trip and what a start! The room was perfect, spacious, clean, well equipped. The staff are so nice and helpful and the location was perfect close to cafes, restaurants and old quarter. We kept thinking about this apartment throughout our whole trip and we decided to book it again when we are coming to Hanoi again for our flight back home cause it can’t get better than this!

I stayed in the two-bedroom apartment and was quite happy with my stay overall. The apartment was clean, spacious, and airy, with a lovely view of the lake. It was also very quiet, and I barely heard any noise from the neighboring rooms, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The room was cleaned daily, so everything was kept neat and tidy throughout my stay. It was well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen and refrigerator. I especially appreciated having a rice cooker, which was very convenient for longer stays or when we wanted to prepare our own meals. There was hot water available 24/7, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the air conditioning worked well. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for families or groups staying for several days. The spacious room, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful lake view, and good facilities made it feel like a home away from home.

The hotel is located a little ways out of the centre of Hanoi, but is much quieter and calmer. The staff on the desk were incredibly helpful but were sometimes in another room or not on site, which made for a few 5-10 minute waits. The room was beautiful and clean, with everything we expected included and housekeeping was efficient and regular. Definitely worth the price so long as you're willing to use taxis to get around as a tourist.
