Maison Marou Lotte West Lake is a must-visit for chocolate lovers. It's a charming spot with a unique selection of artisanal chocolates and a peaceful ambiance.
This is my first time tried this Maison shop, two scoops with 110k , but taste is good, people are nice here, this is tiramisu must try and coconut match, so impress of their tiramisu favor. The cone is also very delicious its thin and so crispy , I will try other favour this trip.
Always in love with Marou’s products, however disappointed with staffs here at Lotte west lake branch. Came here twice on friday & today to eat ice cream but: - friday ice cream came with no crunchy puffed spelt or smt like that (i noticed it when i came to eat ice cream again today & saw mine and others all have that crunchy thing which i didnt have yesterday) - i was waiting for the ice cream after ordered but staffs were even doing smt else & didnt make it for me until i ask them to do.. - staffs are not friendly, not ncie, not smile, not welcome guests..cold attitude. - everything is great except customer service.
Great store for Vietnamese chocolate! High quality products, great design both for packages and interiors, and amazing customer service! I was especially satisfied with the customer service in the Lotte West Lake store because the staff was so keen to help me get Lunar New Year gifts — they even went out of their way to make me Year of the Horse themed wrapping on one of the products I was purchasing that happened to not have any specific mention to the New Year — friendliness, English language skills and attention to detail — I did not even need to ask for paper bags for each product, they all came in the big paper bags. Best place for buying souvenirs originally in Vietnam. Taste great with all products and having special flavor each time I visit, just awesome
Don't go to Vietnam without dropping by here if you are a big dark chocolate fan. If you are not up to buying souvenir milk or dark chocolate bars, at least get that dine-in experience with your group or loved ones by taking a sip of their hot chocolate or ice cream. 🙂 Equally amazing are their friendly and accommodating staff who speak good English 🙂
