New Gentry Beer House - Bar in Hanoi

Came here for some good beer, but beer isn't great without good food. Most of the food items were sold out. Quite pricey.

The best to be, you can have an amazing day with or without smoking and thier beers are to love. Hospitality Duong, Heu and K are the front runners and mannnnnn these guys can speak English and won't disappoint. Must recommended, more than the of the street bars. Salut

My go-to for beer. The food is acceptable but the special point is that they have lots of kinds of beer which is tasteful and enjoyable. You can find both very strong beer for man and decent fruit beer for woman here. My photos only show some kinds of beer here. It is worth mentioned that the price is good comparing to the same type served in other restaurants.

Happened upon this one on my first voyage to Hanoi. Came with a friend who's a fan of IPA and he was very pleased with the Heart of Darkness hazy IPA. I was very impressed with the selection of ciders: 6 on the menu, 5 available. The Slav and the ginger beer were exceptional. Great little "pub" vibe with a pleasant crowd. Small note to the wait staff: next time, just leave a menu at the table, even after we order. Also, don't forget who ordered what ;)

My husband is a beer taster enthusiast, he just love to taste local beer everywhere we travel. He has a beer app and I think he is among the highest ranking of beer taster 😁- just to prove the fact that we are not beer amateur. We chose this place from our friend recommendation and it was the best decision. such hidden gem! my husband really enjoyed the Drum Street beer and chicken karagee, we will come back for more! I hope that they actually offer 5 beer tasting combo or something similar, that would fullfil our happiness 😁
