Full 5 stars for Phở Inn! The dining space is tidy and cozy. This beef pho smells amazing once served. The bone broth is rich, mild and fresh, well-simmered without greasy or overly salty taste. Rice noodles are silky, tender and springy, never mushy. Generous tender beef slices are perfectly blanched, juicy and flavorful. Fresh green onions and cilantro boost the aroma with layered tastes. The portion is filling enough for a full meal. Staff are thoughtful and food is served quickly, plus the matching drinks are refreshing. It offers fantastic value with authentic Northern Vietnamese pho flavor, just like the street food in Hanoi. Great for locals and tourists alike. I will definitely come back on my next trip!

So many Pho places to try and it was raining outside so we found this place near our hotel. I realized its style when placing orders for my family. It is not a traditional Pho Ha Noi, rather a twist or being creative ... I was so skeptical although the Pho smelled when we came in... Took me awhile to understand each choice and with a clunky app, I placed orders. They came out promptly. Here was the test began... It tasted great! The broth and the taste was delicious, not the best in Ha Noi for sure but the "steak" was so flavorful and tender. Everyone really enjoyed it, especially in a rainy evening 😍. They ran out of bean sprouts, no condiments on our tables but we managed to snap one from "somewhere".

The food was really good. The slow-cooked beef was super tender and flavorful, and the truffle added a really nice touch without overpowering the dish. The pho and bone broth were also perfectly balanced. ❤️ The young staff were all super sweet, attentive, and genuinely cared about the service. I can tell the chef puts a lot of heart into the food as well, and the teamwork between the staff and kitchen made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

This was the best pho I have tried. Yes, it is more upscale than usual Pho spots, so you will obviously pay more than you do the classic backstreet spots with the plastic stools. I went in fully prepared for that, and it was worth every single penny. The quality is on another level. The meat was absolutely gorgeous — tender and full of flavor. The broth was rich, aromatic, and deeply flavourful. I added some extra heat because I like it spicy, but even without that it was delicious. Everything tasted refined and clean, yet still unmistakably pho. I’m a big supporter of local street vendors and small family places, but I have to be honest — this version was noticeably better in taste and execution. No regrets whatsoever. If I’m back in Hanoi, I will definitely return here without hesitation. Highly recommended if you want an elevated pho experience.

When we first visited Hanoi a year ago, we randomly walked into Pho Inn for dinner one night. WOW! We were so impressed, we had to come back for lunch before we left. A year later, here we are in Hanoi again, and here we are again enjoying some extraordinary pho at Pho Inn. We've now twice travelled Vietnam south to north (starting in Saigon, ending in Hanoi), having pho at pretty well each of our stops on both trips. We've definitely had some very good pho along the way, and have come to appreciate the regional differences. But other than a really terrific pho restaurant we found in Saigon three weeks ago, nothing has come close to the subtle flavors, the exquisite taste of the pho at Pho Inn here in Hanoi. The menu offers an impressive selection. The service is courteous and prompt. And the prices are quite reasonable. So yes, like last year, we're making sure we eat here twice before leaving Hanoi. My only complaint (and it's a minor one): there's a frequent and very annoying ringing that I suspect is the kitchen signaling that an order is ready. You remember the old fashioned telephone "RING RING RING"? That ringing was starting to get on my nerves (it's loud!). If a Pho Inn manager or owner happens to be reading this review, please consider changing your order alert system 🙏
