Serene Spa Hanoi - Day spa in Hanoi

My husband and I had a massage and nailcare treatment. Both were amazing. David and Abby from the reception were very accommodating and friendly. Our therapists: Violet and Lita checked on us from time to time whether it was to our liking or not. We would like to come back again.

Our receptionist Vivian was very helpful and communicated well in English. We were welcomed with lovely cookies and tea before and after the massage. We had one of the best massages, the therapist used medicinal herbs in a warm pack to relax us throughout the massage. I also liked the oil used which was calming. Feeling after the massage was great. This is my second visit and I will definitely return any time I am in Hanoi.

Got the deep muscle therapy and collagen facial treatment and it was amazing. The pressure and force by ms Gigi my therapist was amazing and I felt true relaxation after coming here. Would love to drop by again and bring my family and friends to experience! Amazing service and fantastic experience! Must try in Hanoi! Add this to your itinerary, you won’t regret it!

The ambiance is peaceful, the treatment is exceptionally relaxing, and the hospitality is second to none. One of the best spa experiences I've ever had. Very cool experience! Got a deep tissue massage for 1 hour. I would say the prices are more expensive here vs. other spots around Hanoi, hence the 4 star review. The service here is great, and the ladies do a wonderful job!
