Great ambiance, excellent service and extra attention from Kevin, our bartender… what a lovely experience… we supposed to have just an apéro drink and we ended up having our dinner here… We will come back tomorrow to hang out at the Sky Rooftop pool and Blue eyes Sky bar xxx
Really Nice Sky bar connected to Shining Central Hotel & Spa. All staff is awesome! Really Friends helpful and will read your wishes before you can say them. Kevin the Bar-keeper is a master of his profession, makes top drinks and will ensure you will have a good time! Highly recommended!
A lovely roof top bar serving delicious cocktails, fresh coconut, complimentary peanuts with very friendly staff. The service is outstanding. The terrace is clean with high tables and stools and also confortable lounge type of seats A great place to chill with a nice view The restaurant serves incredible fresh delicious food too. Highly recommended
My second stay here. All staff are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Skybar is very relaxing and a beautiful view. 💯 recommend a visit for a cocktail/food. Thankyou Ana for an enjoyable evening.
Blue Eyes Sky Bar at Shining Hotel is a solid rooftop spot if you want a nice view without too much fuss. The view over Hanoi is the main highlight, especially around sunset when the city starts to light up. The space is simple but comfortable, with a relaxed vibe that works well for a casual drink. Drinks are good and reasonably well made, with a decent variety to choose from. Kevin our bar tender was amazing and made our drinks to perfection, all while taking food orders and delivering them. I would definitely recommend coming to the blue eyes sky bar for an evening of laughter, great food, and delicious drinks. Most of all the customer service is wonderful.
