Etti Pet Grooming is a top-rated spot for pet care in Hanoi, offering reliable and professional services for your furry friends. It's a go-to for locals who value quality and convenience.
I always get all of Obolo’s food, snacks, and toys here. The staff already knows what he likes and even delivers everything straight to my house—it makes life so much easier! The products are great quality, and the service is super reliable. Highly recommend this store for anyone with a furry friend! 🐾
Terrible, i put my pups there, yea plural, 3 of my dogs there under their care and got them home with stomach issues. I had taken precaution and asked them nicely but no use. Maybe idk if its a race-ethnicity bias but never will i ever take my pups (literally my family) under their care and irresponsible team
Left my 4 month old puppy for a short hotel stay, and I was so pleased with Etti’s service! They took such good care of her, and I received regular photo and video updates without me asking. They were on top of her medication routine, and it was great to see how much better she was feeling when we picked her up. Would highly recommend their hotel service, and will definitely be leaving her under their care again next time I go away ❤️
Amazing pet hotel. They're super attentive and sent me pics of my happy pup while I was out of town. It's nice to know she's in good hands when I have to travel.
During my visit, I found the hygiene standards to be very poor, with visible dog waste on the floor. In addition, the customer service provided by the pet hotel staff did not meet basic expectations, particularly in their phone communication, which felt inattentive and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not consider using this service again.
