Orient Spa - Day spa in Hanoi

Terrible service. The staff's attitude was mediocre, and they made decisions on the customer's behalf without asking. Their approach to resolving issues was poor, and the massage itself was just average—completely the opposite of the reviews. I won't be going back.

Very nice service and skillful therapist. Good price among nearby.

Did a body massage 60mins! Place was very clean and nice, from reception to therapist everyone was very friendly and polite, price is also reasonable. But this place is really busy, best to make a reservation but they require a 100K deposit….

This was my first time visiting this spa, and I chose the 130-minute massage and body scrub package for 890,000 VND. The place was very clean, and the massage was excellent. The spa therapist was very careful, skilled, and professional throughout the treatment. The receptionist was also warm, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely give this spa a 5-star rating for the wonderful service. I am from Malaysia and had a great experience here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice place and calm environment, the staff is really friendly. The price is fair compared to the quality of the service and other places you can find! Really worth to come here. 🪷 They also offer tea and biscuits. Thank you
