Serene Impression Spa - Day spa in Hanoi

My partner and I got the 90 minute massages and loved every second. The therapists made sure we were comfortable and not in pain the entire time. One of the best massages I’ve had. I definitely recommend. Thank you Serene Impression Spa!!!

The spa is excellent and very hygienic and clean. The staff is very professional and they give right advice for right treatment. My therapist Rose was excellent and extremely good. Highly recommended this place.

We had the best spa experience! From the very moment we entered, we felt so pampered and relaxed. Leo took excellent care of us. He showed us around the facility and spoke native-level English! Even though the appointments were almost fully booked for today, he was able to squeeze us in. My friend and I got the 90-minute cupping massage and it was fantastic. My therapist, Gigi, had the perfect amount of pressure. I felt so relaxed I fell asleep shortly after the start of the session. Not only are the services and staff phenomenal, but the spa is gorgeous and cozy. Special thanks to Leo and Gigi again!

Wow, the experience at Serene was perfect from the moment we were welcomed until the very end. Leo greeted us at the entrance, and we chose the face and hair massage. What a perfect experience! My hair hasn't felt this soft and nice in a very long time. Our therapists were Ruby and Lita, and they were professional and amazing! A must, must, must for an incredible experience in Hanoi. You will come out feeling like new.

having been back for the 5th time, it's impressive how their standards are that consistently good. giving a special shoutout to Rose this time as it was a much needed upper body treatment - her attention to detail, gentle yet firm presses on knots that she uncovers helped tremendously. hearing from Leo, who is a lovely chap that you'll enjoy interacting with, that their trainer is one of the best in Vietnam, and it shows in the girls level of quality. all the best with your quest with Japanese too. kudos to the team and the founder with such a drive for perfection. an absolute favourite spa of mine
