The shop is well stocked and carries just about everything you'd want, with a few exceptions (unless i missed them), e.g. ice-cream, frozen deserts. It's well laid out, clean, bright and welcoming as a place to pick up some shopping. It's not as big as I'd hoped, but such is life. The staff I found to be very welcoming, helpful and at the end it was a pleasure shopping there because of that (especially the young chap on the check-out and the security guard).

Many things are stupidly overpriced. For example, 600k for 500g macadamias. The average price in hanoi is 450k-750k for double that amount (1kg), which I didn’t know until after buying them. The fruit is always bruised, or not good. The kiwis are beaten so much they are soft from the outside and mushy inside. Last 2 packs I bought, all of them were mushy and didn’t taste right. They bag up individual items like potatoes and put a certain amount inside, but you’re still expected to weigh and price them yourself 🤔 I’ve only ever seen that with loose items. Not a problem, just doesn’t make any sense, like many things here.

This is a worst WinMart based on customer services. Staff are unprofessional, unfriendly(meat, produce & cashier). A middle aged woman at fresh meat section was very rude, rather chit chat with other workers than helping customers. At check out, another rude female cashier refused to leave a frozen items in the plastic bag that I put it in to avoid water leak into my bag, and to keep others items dry as well. She took back the little plastic bag, I asked her why? She said this is for other customers(?), such a dump answer and unsatisfactory. Told her to cancel my entire grocery. Will never shop at this place again. For this poor customer service they don’t deserved my business. There are many stores out there to shop and be treated with respect.

Located one level up from street level in the Syrena Mall, this is a large, modern grocery store with a wide variety of products. Cash, credit cards and perhaps e-wallet payments accepted. Fresh produce, meats, cheese, toiletries and everything else you'd expect to find in a grocery store. Limited selection of liquor. Selection is good but not exhaustive by any means. But they probably have what you're looking for. Bright, clean - good spot to shop.
