Very good massage shop. I have been here many times, in Hanoi and HCMC. Highly recommend.

The experience, from reception, to selection, to start and end of the massage is carefully curated to detail. The choice of essence oils are also varied and pleasing, as is my masseur in continuously connecting the massage throughout. Recommended.

Had a lovely experience getting a massage at Spa9 today. We are staying at the hotel and decided that we wanted to get massaged. I called yesterday to schedule a one hour massage for my husband and I. The spa is beautiful and smells amazing. Lovely atmosphere. The staff are all very kind and communicated in English was no problem. I had a 1 hour oriental massage and my husband had a 1 hour deep tissue. We agreed that it was the best massage we’ve had in years. Both therapists did an excellent job. We were served tea and a cold towel before, and coffee and cookies after, also with a cold towel. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend a visit, especially if you are staying in the hotel.

This massage exceeded all expectations! It was a truly rejuvenating experience for both body and soul. The spa was spotlessly clean, the massage was perfectly executed and the staff interactions were warm and professional. Spa9 is highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and recharge! Will definitely return to this spa during my next trip to Vietnam.

Unfortunately, our recent experience from (26.04.26) did not meet the standard expected from a premium spa. 1. I informed the staff in advance about pressure level, areas to avoid, and nail hygiene requirements, but these instructions were not properly followed. 2. The massage started with strong pressure immediately, without a gradual warm-up. 3. The therapist’s hands were very cold, and the nails felt uneven during the treatment. 4. The same nail hygiene issue was already mentioned during my first visit, so I was surprised that nothing had improved. 5. We were not offered a choice of massage oil this time, although this had been provided during previous visits. 6. The room was heavily affected by continuous outside noise for the full 90-minute session, which made relaxation difficult. I believe room noise levels should be considered when assigning treatment rooms. It would also be appreciated if returning clients with ongoing packages were treated with greater attention and consistency. Basic elements such as external noise, therapist nail hygiene, and cold hands should not need to be pointed out by guests during the session. A spa is expected to provide comfort, relaxation, and attention to detail by default, that is the reason clients come for this experience. P.S. I understand that the noise outside was related to a public holiday. However, as the spa staff were already aware of this situation in advance, I believe guests could have been informed beforehand or offered a quieter room option if available. International guests couldn’t know about local holiday events.
