Great gym with all you need to have a good workout and nice cardio equipment on the 5th Floor also a nice view while training. A day pass is up to 320k which sounds a lot but you get a bottle of water a bottle of electrolyte drink and a protein bar and a towel as well. After you had a great workout you even get a free protein shake which tastes pretty good. If you’re curious about your body fat and other parameters you can do a body scan. Overall best gym experience I had in vietnam so far.
Great gym with clean and well-maintained facilities. The owner was very kind and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. We also received a free protein bar, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended! 💪😊
Amazing gym and pricing, the equipment is all great and th staff are lovely. Once you sign up for a day pass you get a free protein shake, bar, electrolyte drink ah water, plus a towel for showering afterwards. I will definitely be returning whilst I’m staying in Hanoi. Great work Roth team at 7fit
Mike has a fantastic gym! The layout is great, Cardio upstairs, free weights and machines downstairs. The view is great! Day passes that include a protein bar, protein shake, electrolytes, water and a towel, all for 320.000VND, we got a discount as we did 2 days so it came to 600.000VND. I would highly recommend 🙌
