Acoustic Hotel & Spa - Hotel in Hanoi

The staff were so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They felt like family by the time we left. Fiona and the team really looked after us and made us feel so comfortable. They helped us book a boat tour to ha long bay and made everything feel so easy. All staff at this hotel are amazing, the restaurant staff, the porters, everyone. We absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were great too, we loved our room and the bed was so comfortable. The included breakfast was also good with many options. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Hanoi. Couldn’t recommend this place enough :)

Such an amazing and clean hotel. Beautiful exterior and interior as well. Staff were SO friendly and helpful, I think it’s the best service I have ever gotten at a hotel. If you are coming to Hanoi, definitely stay here. I don’t regret a second. ALSO even after we had checked out and were waiting because our uber was late they offered and prepared a shower for us to use while we waited to leave. Helped us leave the hotel and stayed outside until we left, just 10/10 effort and customer service. Rooms were super beautiful, comfy, clean and a great environment. I LOVED IT HERE!!

Hubby and I were treated like king and queen at the Acoustic hotel. Everything went extremely smoothly from the check in to the check out. Fiona, the head of staff, was so friendly, she even run out the door to tell us bye when we left. I have no words to express how grateful we are for all the staff. So, what makes this hotel stand out is the employees friendliness, politeness but also their attention to detail. Besides the remarkable service, our room was outstanding. Decorated for our honeymoon (thank you so much for the surprise), it was comfortable and quiet. We also both enjoyed a massage, and that too, was excellent. Lastly: the location is perfect and the buffet breakfast offers various and tasty food. Truly, this hotel is the place to go.

I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back. The breakfast was amazing every morning with a great variety of fresh, delicious options that made starting the day a real treat. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are genuinely out of this world and went above and beyond in every possible way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was warm, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their level of service made me feel so welcome and well looked after throughout my stay. The rooms could use a little love in terms of upkeep and maintenance, but the exceptional service more than made up for it. The staff created such a positive experience that this will now be my go to hotel every time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Really nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Close enough to walk to the old quarter, but also a little further so you’re out of the very busy streets. 5 mins to train street and near some great shops and eateries. Hotel staff are very helpful and gave us tips on where to go out and eat etc - breakfast is good, you can have eggs made your way and help yourself to the buffet until 10am. There is a small gym and spa located on site. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms are large and have everything you need. It’s a little pricey but we enjoyed our stay here. Oh and there’s a lovely big bathroom with bath :-)
