I really enjoyed the facilities and services here. I had a 75-minute facial massage and it was a wonderful experience. Kitty, the receptionist, was very helpful and friendly and Lily, the therapist, was lovely as well. I truly enjoyed the service, hospitality, and overall experience. Highly recommended!
The most beautiful and very relaxing space and experience. All the girls are angels who are amazing at their job. Kitty the front staff, speaks english well, so i'm happy she explained some details of the services they offer. Happy and Ruby did our treatment, and as a person who dont not really a fan of massage, they surprise me because it was just gentle and relaxing indeed. We had the treatment AMA oil and hot stone massage and my skin is glowing and super soft. Highly recommend their lemongrass oil! Hand down! And I could not recommend enough you book in! 🫡
If your legs are done walking in Hanoi, this fixes them. Good massage, calming atmosphere, instant relief. 10/10. Liam at the front desk was welcoming and the therapist did her job well. 😄 Will come back again!
Great experience. Like others have mentioned, the front desk receptionist Kitty was incredibly friendly and helpful. We received 2x back/neck/shoulder massages and can recommend the service, professionalism and cleanliness of the spa. The massages ranged between 650k - 1.5mil, depending on what you were after. Menu prices posted as well as WhatsApp details to book in advance. All in all, highly recommended spa that we might return to at the end of our trip.
