I came here for the traditional Vietnamese scalp & head massage and it was amazing. The spa has a clean, calm atmosphere away from the noise, and I was welcomed with tea as soon as I arrived. The massage itself was incredible and I felt absolutely spoiled by the care and effort they put in. Super kind staff, and I’ll definitely come back ✨️
The staff here are so hardworking and friendly. It breaks my heart that a one star review can exist, because I feel it‘s really unfair to write a bad review for them. I came here for nails several times and I was always satisfied! :) No complaints at all.
*UPDATE * THE SHOP IS NOW CALLED AMARA WITH JUST A NEW NAME FROM ORIENT SPA AND NAILS TAY HO * - All the decor is exactly the same, even using orients old pillows with the name on just turning them round in the photo. photo evidence provided. Please do not go to AMARA , otherwise you risk losing your entire nails. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ACRYLLICS REMOVING. they used a scalpel on my partners nails and caused her significant pain. She even spotted acetone that was sat on the desk and asked if they used this and the nail tech said no. After my partner stated it was too painful to have them removed that way , they stated they usually use a machine ( why wouldn’t you use this in first place). It got too much for her and judging by her nails now I can see why. Multiple nails cracked and split , now showing pain and inflammation around her nails now. This is an absolute disgrace. Do not go here , this isn’t the correct or safest way to remove nails - it literally is plastered all over google how to remove with acetone correctly. We have photos to provide if needed.
Not happy. It cost over 900,000 VND in just one hour. On top of that, they demanded an expensive tip. Almost 200000 Felt a bit like a scam as the masseuse were not trained well. Not happy.
Clean shop with lovely friendly staff and you get a green tea whilst waiting. The massage room is upstairs in a peaceful and relaxing setting which smells divine. I had the 1 hour aroma massage and it was really amazing. Would highly recommended Amara spa for a massage 😊
