Staffs are very accommodating. I changed my mind twice while staff is doing my nails but she patiently did my request until I get satisfied with my nails. I also had avail their package which includes full body massage + facial care + foot scrub. They give me the options to choose what kind of massage & facial care I like under the same price of the package I availed. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. I strongly advise you not to come here. This was by far the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. 1. Absolutely No Privacy I’m a woman and booked a full-body massage. The treatment area was on the first floor, behind a door, in an open space with four massage beds side by side. There were curtains only between the beds, but none along the main walkway. This meant that while I was on the first bed, any customer coming to the beds behind me had to walk right past me—and could see me clearly during the massage. At one point, I was lying face down with my back exposed and even part of my buttocks uncovered when two male customers walked in. I was completely exposed to strangers. 🙄 After the massage, I had to change clothes right there in the same area. The therapist made no effort to give me privacy or step away. The entire space was open, and I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. 2. Very Unhygienic The environment was dirty. While I was changing clothes, the therapist stayed right in front of me and simply remade the bed I had been using. Even worse, the face towel I had been lying on was left in place and reused. The moment I realized that my face had been pressed against a towel that countless other customers had likely used before me, I felt absolutely disgusted. It was beyond gross. 3. Extremely Poor Massage Technique The therapist had virtually no technique at all. She spent about 10 minutes massaging my left leg but only 5 minutes on my right leg. The sequence and methods used on each leg were completely different and felt random and careless. When massaging my back, she repeatedly pressed directly on my spine and bones, which was extremely painful. To make matters worse, the therapist was wearing a shoulder bag throughout the session, as if she had just been called in at the last minute when a customer arrived. Her hands were also very rough, with noticeable dead skin, and they actually scratched my skin during the massage. Seriously, don’t come here. There are plenty of other spas out there. Don’t be fooled by the reviews.
