Blue SPA - Massage spa in Hanoi

I had a lovely relaxing time here at blue spa staff were so friendly and kind. I had a foot rub and scrub and my toenails shaped and painted, I absolutely love them thank you so much! ❤️

Please avoid this place. My wife and I paid 1,000,000 VND for a one-hour massage for two people. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had during our time in Vietnam. The space was tiny, cramped and lacked privacy. The therapists seemed friendly at first, but spent much of the massage talking throughout the session, which made it difficult to relax. The most disappointing part came at the end. We were handed a review form and stood over while filling it out. The form appeared to make tipping compulsory and included suggested tip amounts. Feeling uncomfortable, we left a 50,000 VND tip, which we felt was reasonable. However, staff then began pushing for more money, saying there were two therapists. At that point, we simply walked out. I’ve travelled extensively throughout Vietnam and have happily tipped many times for good service, but I have never experienced this level of pressure or expectation. The entire experience left a sour taste and completely overshadowed what was already an average massage. There are many hardworking, humble and deserving businesses in Vietnam that provide excellent service without making customers feel pressured for additional money. I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Thu (the owner) was very nice! I had a wax and she agreed to make a better price better than other places. She was patient and polite and professional. It started raining and she let us stay inside instead of going out Thank you🩷

Foot massage soso only, paid 500k per pax. Giving 1 star due to them being thick skin and asking for tips despite not giving a good massage. 1 of the guy, massage is more like just applying oil. Place is very small and floor is dirty, after massage, foot is oily so it sticks all the dirt.

I chose a body massage here, but when I entered the massage room, I smelled a very unpleasant odor. After the massage, they even asked for a tip and suggested I give a 5-star rating right there. This made me very uncomfortable. The only positive point was that the staff did a good job. Everything else was terrible.
