Blue Spa - Massage spa in Hanoi

Booked a 60-minute massage for 2 people, priced at 400,000 VND each, but ended up being charged 945,000 VND total — On top of 800k, they asked for tips, made it mandatory, and added a 5% tax at checkout. The experience itself was awful: we were in a 2nd floor massage room, and the two masseuses were chatting and messing around with each other throughout the session — completely unprofessional. Beds were not clean, no disposable sheets or slippers provided. The technique was amateur at best — no pressure points were addressed, just superficial rubbing with no real skill involved. This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. Would not recommend.

I got a shoulder foot and leg massage and it was amazing. I totally recommend. Lovely young friendly staff. Had some laughs and it was a fun experience.

NEVER AGAIN !!! it was really weak, sometimes unpleasant, not to mention that the price was agreed in advance 200000vnd and in the end she pushed me a paper where I had to give a tip and fill out the satisfaction! tip 50000vnd for something that was not worth 10000 in total! bad! Oil massage, there was not enough oil, it did not smell, the room was noisy, no intimacy not even music, and changing clothes was between the tables and in front of the audience. It is very weak, unfortunately no knowledge of the language, it was definitely not the masseuse! Please everyone avoid this place, thank you!!!
