I came many many times here. Always dine outdoor area. First time dinning inside. Restaurant had three tables occupied including us. They basically refused to give us a table for 4 pax since we were two pax. After ordering, they took away half of the table to make another table for 6 when there is no booking. No excuse, no explanation. Food serving is slow. While i am writing this, i finished salad and pasta, yet pizza not out. Even i asked again 10 mins ago. Just dont seat inside.
Food was tasty and fresh except for a few wilted salad leaves but that didn’t bother us. Gelato is also very nice with a good choice of flavours.
Pizza buratta and spinach ravioli are so tasty. We had lunch on a cool day so it was great to sit outside. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food came out quite quick.
Very simple Italian dish good gelatos all flavour taste good and very creamy I like the pizza (mozzarella, tomamto, ham, mushroom) and with honey and tabasco chili sauce What i loved most is the vibe. Loacation is the heart of Hanoi, right across Metropole with big trees and big garden, so chill and calming.
Tiramisu is great, affogato is alright, gelato is recommended. Went by two times, the first time I waited 14 min before I was served, the second time I sat for 27 min and left since no one came around to take my order. Just a disappointing experience considering how good the tiramisu is.
