Highlands Coffee Syrena - Coffee shop in Hanoi

It's a shame, you're basically paying for ice, a lot of ice. I asked for a large Phin Sữa Đá with very little ice, which came in a 16oz cup. I asked them to pour it in the smallest cup and the small cup was still not half full! 16oz is the size of the cup you get the drink in, 4oz is the actual amount of drink you get.

A lovely space to chill or get some work done. I love the atmosphere at Highlands. I got the matcha freeze, which was nice. I would have preferred a stronger flavor, but it was good overall. It’s a great place to start a really nice book. The staff speak good English, and the ambience was lovely. I had a great time

Very near to bus stops, beside gym and minimart, frequently choose highland because their tables, wifi and a/c are comfortable for work, the drinks honestly are regular but their cakes and bread sooo good... This one is beautiful and looks like new

This shop provides good bread(bahn mi?) and beverage considering price..We visited this shop several times at the beginning of staying in Hanoi. But it has weak points..The employee does not provide the tray to put beverages on...The manager and employees are very reluctant to give cup holders(paper) for cold beverages. You can get it after disputing with employees..The space is not so cool..Considering rather spacious store, it is very eager to save electricity..We searched cooler seats under air conditioner every time.. Now we changed beloved coffee shop from it to starbucks situated near house..

I’ve been here many times and everything was good, but lately I’ve noticed that there’s much more ice in the drinks. It now takes just a few sips to finish, no matter the size. Feels like you’re buying ice with a bit of drink, rather than a drink with ice. Hope this will be noticed and taken into consideration.
