Having tried the Set Ryu, I had an absolutely memorable dining experience from start to finish. Every dish in the set was meticulously prepared, but two highlights truly stood out for me: Hokkaido Scallop with Beurre Blanc: The scallop was seared to perfection—sweet, tender, and juicy. The Beurre Blanc sauce was the star of the dish, perfectly balanced with a rich texture and a subtle, refreshing acidity. Mont Blanc: A flawless end to the meal. It offered a rich, authentic chestnut flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, making it delightful without being overwhelming. Beyond the outstanding food, the service made the evening truly complete. Special thanks to Ánh, who took care of our table. She was attentive, warm, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu. Her seamless recommendations and genuine hospitality added a wonderful touch to our night. I will definitely return and highly recommend Set Ryu to friends and family!
