JM Spa Hanoi - Spa in Hanoi

I visited this spa recently and felt the experience could have been much better. The service did not match the price charged, leaving me disappointed. While the atmosphere was decent, the overall quality of care and attention wasn’t worth the money. I expected a more professional and relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it fell short.

An amazing spa experience, we left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and the team truly went the extra mile by surprising us with a beautiful birthday board, fresh fruit, and a selection of desserts after the spa. Such a thoughtful touch that made the day even more special. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Lua was amazing. Very professional. The best massage I have ever had. I had the 210 Senses package. It was absolutely beautiful and would highly reccommend it. Includes a steam room, hair wash/blow dry and full body massage and a facial. The spa is connected to the JM Marvel hotel and all staff at the spa have been incredible. Next time I am in Hanoi ill be back. Many Thanks x

I had an amazing experience at this spa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and my treatment was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to Rachel at the front desk, who was so sweet and welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. Hanh, my masseuse, was exceptional—skilled, attentive, and truly talented. She made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and looking forward to my next visit.

Had such a relaxing experience at this salon in Vietnam! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff V8v8an and Hinh were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable the entire time.The body massage was amazingperfect pressure, very soothing, and exactly what I needed to unwind. I could feel all the stress melt away from 25 hrs fl7ght from Las Vegas. The hair treatment was just as impressive my hair feels so soft, healthy, and refreshed.Everything was well-organized, and you can tell they really care about quality and customer experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself and recharge. Will definitely come back next time!
