Service is second to none. Very attentive staff and teach you how to eat Vietnamese food. Very delicious as I want an explosion of flavors in my palette.

Genuine Vietnamese food in the mall. Most of their dishes here are nice with reasonable price. Service can better, not all of the staff are friendly and attentive. Credit card is accepted here.

Had a wonderful meal at Lach Ca Lach Cach on the 5th floor of Lotte Mall West Lake. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic Vietnamese flavors and great presentation. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The service was pleasant and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.

I can’t think of a better place for a tourist to experience Vietnamese street food. Their banh xeo and bun cha were stellar, without having to deal with the bothers that come with actual street food. Flavors are plenty authentic, and they were generous with the herbs and portion sizes. One of my favorite eats.
