Maii Bistro - Vietnamese restaurant in Hanoi

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This is definitely a must-visit when in Hanoi . Every dish was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend the vegetarian spring rolls—they were so delicious, especially with the dipping sauce. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Definitely worth a visit!

Tasty, flavorful food and such great service! Dan Thu was our waitress and went above and beyond to make sure our allergies were properly confirmed. Such a great last-minute find, and it definitely doesn’t have a 4.9/5 rating for nothing! 🤩 Will definitely be coming back!

A rather pleasant experience in Tay Ho. The ambiance at Maii Bistro is thoughtfully curated yet unpretentious, offering a comfortable and cozy setting. The Vietnamese dishes feature modern twists and beautiful presentation while retaining familiar flavors—and they taste great. The staff are polite, enthusiastic, and attentive without being overbearing or forced. I appreciate how the bistro preserves its Vietnamese roots while adopting a more modern approach. It is a suitable spot for a relaxed dinner or a get-together with friends.

Love this place! I came here from Google’s recommendations and it didn’t disappoint me. It’s Vietnamese fusion cuisine, food are nice cocktails are even nicer! 🔥 I heard they have a cocktail bar on 3/F, will go explore it after dinner.
