Pine & Dine Skybar and Restaurant - Bar in Hanoi

Great view of the city, great happy hour, buy one get one and really solid cocktails. Sadly we discovered it on our last night but if we ever find ourselves in Hanoi again we will be back. We didn’t eat, just drinks.

Happy Hour for cocktails and wine between 3pm and 7pm Cocktails were great and veggie fresh spring rolls were delicious! Great views in all directions, with two seperate areas. If it starts to rain, which it did to us, they roll out the the roof and all good, at least for light rain.

If you're looking for great views, this rooftop bar delivers! The cityscape is beautiful, and the cocktails were top-notch. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink with a view.

That's very wonderful. We had a great experience during the buy 1 get 1 free happy hour. The drinks were better than I expected. The lychee was delicious. Bartender can do everything you ask.

A must - if only for the view! This restaurant and bar is situated above the Bendecir Hotel and overlooks the entire city of Hanoi! It covers the whole rooftop of the hotel and is in two parts with the lift in the middle. On this occasion we opted for the quieter part of the restaurant and ordered some food and drinks. We ordered the Banh Xeo (Southern Pancakes), Deep Fried Spring Rolls and some Garlic Bread. First out was the Spring Rolls and they were unfortunately cold. Next out was the Pancakes and they were slightly warmer but definitely not how they should be served and the garlic bread was dry and just average. The staff were really nice and attentive, it was just the food that let us down on this occasion. It wasn’t lost on us that the bar is the primary focus and that the view is the main attraction so we would definitely recommend for drinks above Hanoi - we would just skip the food if we came again.
