4.9 is definitely overrated for Sen Spa & Massage I had my full body oil massage today. The therapist was polite, but unfortunately the massage itself was not very professional. The technique felt inexperienced, I had to remind him to put more oil on me so that it won’t be like a dry massage and several times the therapist simply disappeared without saying anything or checking in with me. Overall, I would say the massage was just barely acceptable. The biggest disappointment, however, was the environment. About 10 minutes into my 90-minute session, the spa suddenly became extremely noisy. There were loud conversations involving male customers, female staff, and even children. The noise continued for the rest of my treatment. No one made any effort to ask them to keep their voices down or restore a relaxing atmosphere. At the end of the session, my therapist asked me to leave feedback, and I honestly described everything above. But I couldn’t help wondering: if the staff cared about the guest experience, why wasn’t anything done while the disturbance was happening? A spa should be a place for peace and relaxation. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I hope this review helps future customers make an informed decision.
