Sol spa was a recomendation from Gemini so i knew this place would not disappoint, and Wow amazing attention to detail, this is the definition of a good spa, super friendly staff, good price, nice ambient and lovely tea 🍵 😀 Thanks! I will definitely be back!
Walked in for a massage yesterday. Lilly from the front desk was most accommodating and kind even though it was a last minute booking. I was highly impressed by how eloquent she was.
A Sanctuary of Professionalism: My Experience at Sol Spa If you are looking for a place where "self-care" isn't just a buzzword but a practiced art, Sol Spa is the absolute gold standard. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in capable, trustworthy hands. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between high-end luxury and genuine warmth, making it easy to disconnect from the outside world immediately. Exceptional Service & Staff While the entire team is impressive, two individuals made my visit truly unforgettable: • Front Desk Excellence: Tamila A special shout-out to Tamila at the front desk. She is the face of the spa and sets the tone perfectly. She was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and handled my check-in with a level of grace and professionalism that is rare to find. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels seen and valued. • The Healing Touch: Therapist Thuy I cannot recommend Thuy enough. She is a master of her craft. Her technique is intuitive and precise, showing a deep understanding of body mechanics and relaxation. She listened to my specific concerns and tailored the session perfectly. I left feeling completely renewed and tension-free. Why I Trust Sol Spa What sets Sol Spa apart is the integrity of their service. Ask for Tamila at the front and book your session with Thuy—you won't regret it!
I stopped here on a whim for a 45 minute foot massage. The service was fantastic. Susan at reception was great and Giao the massage therapist provided a relaxing, thorough service. I was wearing pants so they provided a nice pair of silk shorts to change into.
We had a fantastic experience at Sol Spa from beginning to end. Booking was an absolute breeze, and we received a substantial discount when making our reservation. The team was also extremely responsive, patient and helpful with all our questions, which made arranging everything effortless. My wife and I booked several different treatments together. I had a sports massage and head massage, while she chose the Sol Special Massage and salt body scrub. Every treatment was wonderfully relaxing, and we both dozed off several times because we were so comfortable! The therapists were professional and attentive, and the entire spa had a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the experience so much that we made another booking for a final session on our check-out day. Sol Spa offers excellent service, genuinely relaxing treatments and fantastic value for money. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!
