Awesome gym, I did almost a 3 hour session. super nice staff. 100,000 Vietnamese Dong for an All Day Pass. I will definitely come back again 😉 💪❤️💪.

This is where I had my very first gym experience, and I cant ask for more <3. Everything perfectly matched my needs, from the personal coach (very professional and highly motivating, cute also) to the atmosphere and the quality of the equipment. I truly enjoy every session here. Highly recommended for who values privacy, looks for stress-fee environment to work out and wants to make the most of limited time for exercise. I have been coming here for a month, and the results are already amazing! The gym is super clean, and all the equipment is brand new. The personal trainers are incredible and knowledgable in corrective exercises. I came in with uneven shoulders, neck tension, and weak glutes, and I have already seen and felt a huge difference in just 30 days. Highly recommend 👌

I had a great experience at Stronglife Private Gym. The gym is very clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable environment to work out in. The trainer is highly professional and supportive, making workouts effective and enjoyable. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, which creates a positive atmosphere. A special mention to the receptionist, Thao, who was extremely helpful and provided clear and detailed information. Her friendly attitude made a great first impression. Perfect little gym, it’s small but has everything you need for a good workout! My partner and I stayed in Hanoi for about a month and we visited several times, paying 100k pp which is excellent value! Very kind and helpful staff and a spotless gym too! Thank you strong life we will definitely return when we are back in Hanoi!
