I honestly didn't expect to find one of my favorite cafés here in Hanoi, but this place completely won me over. The staff were all amazing, especially Khan Vi. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. She recommended what to order, and every suggestion was spot on. The Mont Blanc coffee was hands down the best I've ever tasted. It was smooth, rich, and unlike anything I've had before. You can really tell they care about the quality of their coffee and the experience they give their customers. If you're visiting Hanoi's Old Quarter, don't miss this place. Great coffee, wonderful people, and an experience I'll definitely remember. I can't wait to come back!

Amazing drinks and service! The interior is gorgeous. Literally the best Vietnamese coffee I’ve had. My mom got the pandan coconut crushed (iced) and the coconut flakes tasted soo fresh! The three tiered cream, matcha, and coffee all tasted amazing individually and mixed together. Would recommend! Their food looks delicious as well; will be coming back for sure!

such a lovely brunch spot. we got the mushroom toast and big bacon toast to eat. both of these were so so delicious. we got an iced americano and strawberry smoothie to drink which also did not disappoint. not only is the food here amazing, the staff are so lovely and attentive. they are very friendly and greeted us with a smile. the restaurant is nice and air conditioned and has a lovely atmosphere - well spaced tables if you want a break from sitting on top of people🤣 cannot recommend enough

What a wonderful experience at The Running Bean! Today I had my very first Vietnamese egg coffee, and it did not disappoint. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, it was absolutely delicious and a memorable introduction to one of Hanoi’s most famous drinks. We also tried the coconut water matcha cold drink, which was incredibly refreshing. The combination of fresh coconut water and high quality matcha was unique, light, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and was prepared in the moment with great care. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was excellent, and you could really feel the attention to quality in every drink. Highly recommend The Running Bean if you’re looking for exceptional coffee, fresh ingredients, and a great café experience in Hanoi.

Everything here is good. It’s my second timr eating at Running Bean and my experience has always been good. I had the chicken meal with egg and rice. It tasted good enough. I liked the Hanoi Milktea a lot. It has some Jasmine taste which was quite interesting. The Vanilla scoop was tasty too. I would love to go back here. The staff are all accommodating and nice too.
