The Spa wellness - Spa and health club in Hanoi

Absolutely wonderful massage. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after the session. Will definitely come back! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Clean space, skilled therapists, and great service. Fantastic service and very professional staff. The massage was perfect and helped relieve all my stress.” Great experience from start to finish. The massage was excellent and worth every penny

spa location is very easy to find which is right next to somerset hotel. Spa owner and staffs are extremely polite and respectful towards the clients and running the spa very professionally. 1. Opted for hot stone massage therapy and it was beyond my expectations. Each and every joint and muscle was treated thoroughly. 2. Owner is good with so communication will be least of your problems, just tell her exactly what you are expecting and she will convey the message to therapist. 3. Set up is extremely hygienic, cute , neat and clean, everything was fresh from towel to changing clothes to warm towels. So 10 on 10 for hygiene.

My partner and I came for a massage and nail service. The biggest problem was the massage. The masseuse stretched my partner and pushed their leg to a maximum point of resistance, but then they tried to push more and they immediately felt a tinge and reacted. Once we left and walked away, my partner immediately felt the niggle so they limped a little bit for the rest of the way home. By the next day the back of the knee swelled up despite icing. Now it's been two weeks with no improvement, and after checking it, my partner officially has a partially torn ligament in the back of their knee. Walked into the spa for recovery, walked out with a literal injury that will take months to heal. For the short haired masseuse in this spa, do NOT push past a point of resistance! That is a basic rule of stretching to avoid injury. If the body resists, that is the limit. Otherwise, the nails were fine but they do not push cuticles back or treat and remove them by default. So by the next day when I treated the cuticles, the nails already looked like they grew out for a week. Note it was shellac but they last less than 3 weeks as they've begin chipping the last few days. I'd possibly go back for the nails but would just recommend ensuring you ask them to treat the cuticles beforehand.

My wife and I availed the 4 hands good for 75 minutes. Massage itself was good but it lasted less than 60 minutes. Plus there was just one dedicated for each person and one extra masseuse for both of us alternating between us.

SCAM !! Do not ever come to this place ever ! First of all. The massage was pretty basic. Even i asked for more pressure. SECOND OF ALL , here we go.. time to pay. I was shocked that i gotta pay for 60 mnts ( which is i clearly say 30 mnts only ) the girl tried to shows the cctv yet still couldn’t get it right. Girl.. not all people are stupid. And u think u can scam them. But not me. Never going back to this place . Never again
