Ushi Mania - Japanese Aging Beef & Bar (Lotte West Lake) - Japanese restaurant in Hanoi

Enjoyed this quirky beef restaurant. I ordered the salmon and cheese fish cakes which were delicious and the curry beef doria which was very enjoyable, rice, curry, beef and cheese. Perfect. The salad bar was worth it too. This place gets absolutely packed at weekends.

Great place for some beef if you like grilling your own meat and eating it while its nice and hot. We went during peak dinner time on a public holiday so service and atmosphere wasn't that great. Overall experience was good.

Tremendous experience, food was sublime. Would give 6 out 5 stars to the staff especially Quyen and Hà. They went above aboard and catered to my need. The staff really makes this establishment special

The meat is really cheap quality for premium price. Carbonara is bland, salmon croquettes is lack of salmon. And there is no wagyu for today which is kind of lame for a restaurant who promote it. Well this maybe saved me money. The staff is always absent, too busy to discuss… Not putting the minimum on the table (chopstick, tissues). Big up to the grill still burning after customers finished and nobody cares. Good point, we were in a quiet place. But finally pay over 1M for 2 people for an overpriced beef, is it normal? I don’t think so.
