We had a wonderful stay at the property, the front desk staff Anna was very helpful and professional in helping out with all our check in and check out and made it extremely smooth. The breakfast though yummy but it has limited options, the washrooms the room and the view is brilliant. We were in the junior lake view suite for our first wedding anniversary and they made it extra special with beautiful decorations. Special Thanks to Anna for making our stay memorable.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby and easy access to the heart of Hanoi’s busiest and most vibrant area. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was also good quality, with a nice selection to start the day. What impressed us the most was the staff’s thoughtfulness during check-out. They took the time to check our room for us and discovered that we had accidentally left behind our DJI camera. We are truly grateful for their honesty, attentiveness, and excellent service. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the hospitality of the entire team. Highly recommended, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Hanoi!
Hotel is super close to the west lake. It is recommend to book the executive room that has windows view to the lake. Mine is at 4th floor and can alreqdy have really good view. This is selling point of this hotel. Bathtub is small even compare to short guy like me. Shampoo and body wash are very normal thus those with sensitive skin should brinf ur own. Break fast is normal, just get it done and start your travel date. Around hotel has some local restaurant and coffee shop but not super outstanding in term of vibe...in summary highly recommend this hotel for truely relaxing and get some vibe for work.
The hotel has very helpful staff, and nice rooms, the breakfast is not big, but still have enough variety so everyone can find something to eat. Location just across from west lake, with a nice view.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights as a couple with two children, and we had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful with everything we needed. We really appreciated their kindness and good service. We also loved the location. The hotel is close to a nice neighborhood with many great restaurants and tasty food options, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient with kids. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We would happily come back and definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location.
