Zen’s Spa - Massage spa in Hanoi

We are very satisfied with Zen spa !!!! Very cheap price ( 75mins aroma massage for 300k VND!!!!!) we came here everyday we stay in Vietnam ! Their massage is good especially ms.Lin in the picture. She works so hard ! Their shampoo and facial spa are good too ! You have to try !

Decided to go there because of the good reviews, but I should have known better seeing that all reviews are either 5 stars or 1. The former are probably all fake. Probably one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. No force at all, just rubbing my feet and legs the whole time. I was just too tired to complain. But that wasn’t the worst part. Sign said foot massage was VND 120,000, but when we’re done, they charged us 600,000 for two. Again, I just arrived in town and was too tired to argue so I just let it pass and gave them what they’re asking. I just dismiss it as a generous tip for a very bad service. But no, they had the nerve to demand a tip just when we were about to leave. Again, we gave in and gave them 100,000. Towels also looked and felt filthy. Overcharged almost 300% the published rate for a terrible service. Not a great introduction to the country.

Don't really want to trash talk about other people rice bowls And since there are lots of options and hopefully they can improved. Overall bad. The therapists I felt are lack of experience or overall not professional. And entire one hour of talking and laughing. Also the worst massage I had in vietnam. Ambience lack privacy and it's didnt expect much but it is just bad.. I mean have done plenty of body massages but for this one curtain doesn't even close properly. The ones I had in sapa are so much nicer for the same price. U will find a better one elsewhere.

It was an amazing massage! Elena gave me such a good massage that I had to extend it to 90 minutes! I left feeling like all my pain had gone away. Will come back for sure!
