came across here by pure accident, had a lovely hair wash and dry, mini facial and neck massage all for 300,000, very through and hair and skin feel 👍 great!

Do not recommend this spa. We had experience with other spas in Phu Quoc and Ho Chi Minh City, and this one was the worst!! **Details:** My mum and I visited this spa a few days ago. We agreed on a package: 30 minutes full-body massage, 30 minutes facial, and 30 minutes shampooing. Honestly, I’m not sure whether the towels were prepared specifically for us or replaced after previous clients, but the robe they asked us to wear was definitely not clean. The face pillow also looked like it had been taken from somewhere without preparation. Overall, it did not feel hygienic at all. **Regarding the massage:** The therapists seemed uninterested. My massage was just acceptable, nothing more. My mum, however, didn’t feel any relaxation - her therapist was clearly not interested and didn’t try at all. During the hair washing, they didn’t turn off or adjust the cold air conditioning, so we were freezing. The next day I got sick. **To sum up:** I’m not confident about the hygiene standards, my massage was just okay, my mum’s was awful, and I ended up catching a cold afterward. I do not recommend this place. I’m not sure if there are better options in Hanoi, but I know for sure that other cities offer much better service.
