1990Spa - Massage - Nails - Shampoo - Waxing - Massage spa in Hanoi

Tried their gelish manicure and it was a disaster experience. One of the worst manicure experience that I had. When they used the nail filing machine to remove my gelish nail polish, the person missed and the drill machine cut my ring finger. Then when she was cutting the cuticle, I think it got worse and my cuticle started bleeding. Told them that the cuticle was bleeding and they just used a cotton bud with antiseptic or alcohol and tried cleaning it. The main lady who caused it didn't even apologize! The whole experience felt very rushed and wasn't pleasant. The top coating was not even smooth. I refused to leave a tip. The cost was supposed to be 300,000 VND. I gave them 500,000 VND and initially they returned only 100,000 VND until I clarified with them again. Avoid going to them if you can.

The place itself is understated on the outside but clean and professional. The young lady, Thu gave me one of the best genuine Thai massages I have ever had. If you are looking for a professional, excellent massage, I recommend this place and Thu.

The Best massage in Hanoi...been here twice. 60 Minite Full Body Oil Massage (Medium)...& very good price too!!! Right opposite our Hotel. Thu & Tien are Excellent & the Best!!! Strongly Recommended. Clean environment & soothing Music. I will return here when I visit Hanoi again!!!

I visited 1990 spa today and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First of all, the ambience was not pleasant at all. There was ongoing work with drilling machines and constant noise, which made it impossible to relax. A massage is meant to provide peace of mind and body, but due to the disturbance, we were not able to rest properly. The massage itself was just okay — nothing exceptional. What truly made the experience worse was the staff’s behavior. The people were quite rude, did not smile, and did not communicate politely. I guess Vietnam is known for the best people kind and humble all over the world. Good hospitality makes a huge difference, especially in a place meant for relaxation. Overall, it was not a relaxing experience, and I hope they improve their ambience and customer service in the future.

My wife had a leg massage and hair wash/massage with Thu a few days ago. Totally one of the best and she has had alot of massages in Asia! Nice work Thu
