My husband and I joined a Yang to Yin yoga session today with Thanh 🧡 It was a wonderful choice of exercises to get back into yoga. I feel much better now! The class was also perfect for my husband, not too challenging and not too gentle, and a great way for him to improve his flexibility over time. We would love to join another class and hope to attend more sessions if we can find the time during our stay. Thank you very much for such a welcoming and enjoyable experience!
Highly recommend as a nearly 1 year member. There we get to experience different types of yoga, and be carefully guided by experienced teachers. The most distinctive thing is the energy of this place, green, peaceful. You’ll definitely find your vibration shifting after just a few classes.
Hang is such a lovely person, her calm and peaceful energy instantly helps you feel comfortable. She is an excellent teacher and sound healer! I highly recommend joining one of her sound healing sessions or taking a training course with her.

I bought a 3-session pass and tried Sound Meditation, Yang & Yin, and Yoga & Gong Relaxation. All the instructors were incredibly kind and welcoming. As a yoga beginner, I felt completely comfortable and could enjoy the classes at my own pace without any pressure. Highly recommend!
